@Ceri_BloodCancerUK please would you be able to post @byrnebaby ‘s useful advice to an appropriate category and pin it, to make it more visible to others not in this thread? I had a look but couldn’t decide where it should sit and of course you have pinning power! Xx

You’re right it is negative self talk and I hadn’t checked myself on it - thanks for picking it up, a rest day is what it is :heart_hands:

I like all sorts apart from any movie where a dog dies or anything overly romantic/slushy. 4 Weddings - great, The Notebook , no thank you  xx

Hello @Byrnebaby, just a quick message to say thank you for that info about landlines - I brought it to the team meeting this morning, and it was deemed important enough to be taken to our campaigns and comms steering group!

Oh :glowing_star:! :face_blowing_a_kiss: love you x I have good days, I have bad days, the same as anyone not in our ‘club’ and I try and turn it around, this time yesterday I was ugly crying because I thought I’d found a lump brought in by my Lichen Sclerosus, poor K was in a state of panic, and I was worried that treatment would be delayed etc, got an appointment this morning with ANP and she’s said it’s a cyst as it’s there one minute gone the next ? ( a bit like me ) so on we go :woman_facepalming::grinning_face: and got a message iff my cousin this morning, my 90 year old uncle died :face_holding_back_tears: dads brother, last of 10 , they always had a bet on who would go last, Jim or dad, but the both had a great life x 90 & 86 can’t be bad xx

Already done @2DB worked wonders a few weeks ago as the water was being shut off here, and I got 10 litres delivered, I rung to explain the situation, that after it was back on I would still need clean water for a few , even to brush teeth, as couldn’t trust the boiled water, and they delivered 60 litres! So I’m adding to that now, and just bought packets of large body wipes, so in the event of apocalypse at least I’ll be clean and hydrated! x

I pay £3 a month for the landline :glowing_star: that’s without calls, the full fibre costs £42 though! :scream:

I just heard from my neighbour (who also has myeloma) they are on EE and made an enquiry. They are being sent a back up battery pack, although won’t mark anyone as vulnerable unless you are the named account holder (in this case it’s her husband). @Ceri_BloodCancerUK @Byrnebaby xx
