worried about an accumulation of symptoms, these are, bruising easily but for no apparent reason on the arms, legs, hands and feet, extreme tiredness, even when haven’t really done anything to exert myself, bloating, pains deep in the lower back and abdomen, and breathing difficulties. While I have been to the GP once (due to being unable to get appointments) I am worried
I know people obviously can’t give a medical diagnosis on here but I am worried

I’m sorry to hear about the symptoms you’re experiencing. It’s understandable you’re feeling worried, and I’m glad you’ve reached out.
I can see that you’ve already had some helpful information and suggestions from Duncan and Nichola. If you haven’t already, requesting an urgent GP appointment or contacting NHS 111 would be good next steps.
If you suddenly feel very unwell at any time, please make sure to get medical help straight away by calling 999 or going to A&E.

I hope this information helps and you’re able to get some answers about what might be causing these symptoms soon.
Thank you for all the advice. From seeing my GP last week he just thought the bruising was allergic reaction. He has asked for a blood test to find out why I’m so extremely tired, and I am trying to sort that out.
I completely understand why you’re feeling worried—trying to make sense of a whole mix of symptoms when it can be so hard to even get a GP appointment can be exhausting.
Symptoms like these are so non-specific that they really could be caused by almost anything, so try not to jump to conclusions. If I were in your shoes, I’d keep pushing for a doctor’s appointment and I’d make sure to explain every single thing I was experiencing all at once so they get the full picture.
If getting into the surgery seems impossible, I’d probably like others have suggested give 111 a call to see what other options there are locally, or get checked out at urgent care if my breathing felt worse. In the meantime, I’d write down a quick daily note of how I was feeling so I had it all ready to go when I finally got to see someone.
Take care of yourself, and let us know how you get on.
