There’s also a “Related” section at the bottom of this thread which might list a few other conversations you might find useful.
And if you haven’t already come across it, our hair loss page covers some of the practical and emotional side of this, it can be a harder thing to navigate than people expect, I know. From my POV, I found that switching to satin pillow cases helped with some of the uncomfortable skin sensations as I was losing my hair to chemo.
