I’m sorry to read about your diagnosis.
I was diagnosed with a different Myeloproliferative neoplasms ('MPN') 3 years ago called Myelofibrosis.
There are several people here on the forum living with Essential Thrombocythaemia ('ET') and there are a number of active threads with experience of living with the condition.
