Hello there, happy Pride month to all 
Seems like I forgot to comment last year, whoops! Pride events seem to start early in the Bay Area and continue until autumn and so I’ve already flaked out on one beloved local event called Oaklash due to dratted fatigue. I’m sure you know it well, something of a sudden unwanted guest that arrives at the worst moment!
This year I’m looking forwards especially to the big Trans March and festival in Dolores Park, such a beautiful hilly place to hold it. After getting to California my first LGBTQIA+ event was held there and it really blew my mind just how welcoming a place could be for all.
So happy Pride folks, hope you have a great event or two you can attend in your own way. I’m there with you in spirit (rum or whiskey will do). I understand for some it’s not easy to attend, in which case maybe those who can might like to share some (suitable for work) Pride-related snaps? Here’s one from, I believe, my first San Francisco Pride!
