I’m a 56 year old male, diagnosed 2 years ago with polycythemia vera with the jak 2 mutation. I currently on 1 hydroxycardmide a day plus baby aspirin. I do feel fit and well but suffer with fatigue and a new sign of a slight ache below ribs which I will see my cns about early Jan 21
