My name is Willow. I have end stage myelofibrosis having been diagnosed in 1992 with an MPN (Myeloproliferative neoplasms) that had features of MF/Essential thrombocythemia (ET). My disease transformed into myelofibrosis in 2015. I am on Ruxolitinib and Danazol.
