Jules
I am proud to be able to be part of this wonderfully supportive and friendly team and being able to support others.
A little about me I was diagnosed in 2019 with non Hodgkins follicular lymphoma. Very unexpected, I was very active at that time a daily runner. What I thought was indigestion was a large mass compressing my tummy. Nine rounds of rchop and rituximbab maintenance later , which was delivered over a long two years eight months due to covid restrictions , I am happy to say I remain with a residual but stable lymphoma mass.
And long may it stay like that β¦
My running is no more as my treatment caused osteoporosis and two broken bones from doing nothing meant I was forbidden from impact sport . Instead I now am very much into yoga , my allotment and keeping chickens . ( I sound like a real hippie) This summer I went on an amazing yoga retreat it was just wonderful for the mind and body.
I am very much looking forward to giving back and helping others as I feel this helps me as much as it does others.
Best wishes to you all x
