Hello again @d00d, it’s great to see you looking for ways to manage that itchy skin.
I see dear @Ceri_BloodCancerUK shared lots of great links to places around the forum and Blood Cancer UK website with information about living with and treating itchiness, including antihistamine information. Maybe have a look at some of the red links Ceri shared here: Another itchy skin question - #7 by Ceri_BloodCancerUK
This thread, also shared by Ceri, has a few forum members describe what helps with their itchy skin.
If you’d like to reach out or reply to another forum member directly just put an @ in front of their username and they should get a notification from you.
I wonder if keeping hydrated helps you like it does with me? When my skin feels dry from not drinking enough fluids then it’s more likely to feel irritated. On sunny days my skin is also more likely to dry out and feel irritated so I try to keep my skin moisturised generally and always use high SPF sun lotion.
Anyway, I hope you find some further ideas to try, I’m sure you will. Do let us know what helps minimise the itching for you @d00d.
