Hi @Hellodolly
Sorry to hear about your OH.
I can’t offer medication advice but perhaps you could speak to your GP or Pharmacist to see what they advise

Thanks Duncan, you’re right. I heated up a wheat pad that’s helping and waiting for a call from the GPs. It’s his own fault it’s a sports injury!
Dear Tina, welcome to this forum ![]()
Where do you come from? I can imagine how hard and shocking it was / is for you to find out what you have. Do you have enough support from people around you? Anything we can do for you? Take good care of yourself and best wishes ![]()
Hello there @TinaTeul, welcome to the forum. I’m sorry you had reason to find us here but am very glad you did.
May I just check it’s Chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia ('CMML') you’re here to find out about? We can direct you to appropriate information, or you can use the search box at the top using terms related to what you’d like to learn more about.
You’re not alone is having watch and wait treatment, often called active monitoring too which can describe it so well. It really can feel isolating so I’m glad you’ve joined the forum.
Do keep us posted about how you get on @TinaTeul.
Hi @Hellodolly
Sorry to hear about your husbands back
My husband hurt his back in the garden about 8 weeks ago. Hot water bottle & wheat bag have been godsends!! Luckily for him, paracetamol did help & in the end we went to see private physio, which has been really helping. GP prescribed muscle relaxant but completely zonked him out! Slowly but surely with physios help, he’s on the mend now. Hope your husband feels better soon.xx
