Hello everyone,
We’ve been contacted by the NHS Blood and Transplant team who are working on something special, because the NHS Cord Blood Bank is celebrating its 30th birthday on 20th February 2026.
They’re hoping to find cord blood transplant recipients who might be willing to help share their story to raise awareness about cord blood donation. They’re specifically looking for people who:

Received a cord blood transplant from the NHS Cord Blood Bank
-
Are currently in their 30s (or turning 30 this year)

Ideally are based in or near London

Would be comfortable working with their media team on some publicity around the anniversary
