How are you getting on? I wonder if you can access Apple TV/Fitness as that’s where I do my yoga (my favourite yogi is Jonelle but there’s many practitioners to follow).
Sounds like you don’t mind going to gyms so maybe you’ve found local yoga classes you’ll enjoy. I tend to find the slower routines/postures better for muscle strengthening and calmer breathing rather than the fast sweaty types of yoga.
Meditation, like @2DB suggests, is a great way to process what comes up from the depths of our psyches, and I bet you’ve got a lot to mull over.
Have to say, dear @Erica is such a positive influence on me (and the forum as a whole) that I’m tempted to take up Pilates as she’s clearly doing something right to be such a pro survivor!
