In a quandary

This is a longish one, please scroll if no interest x

Women’s Issues; I had a total hysterectomy 3 years ago,so I have nothing, no fallopian tubes, everything gone, Ive been on oestrogel 4 pumps for all that time, and was trying to get testosterone added to the mix, February 2025, I had a blood test that showed woefully low estrogen, and it wasn’t picked up on, and the rest of the year until October I was still trying to Essential thrombocythemia ('ET') testosterone, I had a blood test finally for that, and this is when mm was picked up, and everything else fell to the wayside, saw the GP last week who finally picked up on it and ordered a new blood test, ‘lacking in estrogen’ my HRT isn’t working adequately, which exacerbates another condition I have Lichen Sclerosus, he wants to change me to Sandrena? I don’t want multiple side effects hitting me now as I start the growth injections, or during harvest and tun up to Stem cell transplant, radar team was ok with the oestrogel and during induction I was on 2 apixaban daily, but they stopped it when Len stopped on 7th April, I dint know where to start or which team to contact as I’m on radar trial with one hospital but under another team at a different hospital for Stem cell transplant? And I’m on a dex day after not having it for 4 weeks :grimacing::grimacing: @Ceri_BloodCancerUK @Heidi-J-BloodCancerUK @BloodCancerUK-SupportTeam I dint know where to go for advise please?
