Hello, I’m new here. I’ve recently started Besremi, going to have my second injection this week. It seems as though the side effects have gotten worse throughout my first 2 weeks. Awful stomach cramps, bathroom issues. Just wondering if anyone has had these side effects that just seem to get worse.

Side effects can be so awful can’t they and I’m sorry you are having a rough time at the moment.
I have a different blood cancer but I know there are a lot of members on here with same diagnosis of Essential thrombocythemia ('ET') who will be able to offer more than I can in terms of what you are experiencing.
It will be good to discuss this with your team when you have your next injection.

Hi I was on Pegasys interferon very similar had terrible upset tummy but settled down after 4 weeks. I would let your team know all the same just to be safe. Good luck x
