MGgus and infection

Diagnosed low risk MGgus recently but have long term kidney problems so awaiting bone marrow results. Have had constant infections since the spring especially after covid , never ending chest infections is this normal? I should add I’m also on biological meds for Crohn’s disease - thankyou
