Hello there @LoTr, welcome to the forum. Really glad that you found this thread as it’s clearly helpful to share here about experiences with the MODIFY trial and myeloma. I’m really sorry that you needed to find a place like this.
Please refer to the links in previous posts to the Blood Cancer UK information about myeloma and treatments, and perhaps for all who are commenting in this thread it might be helpful to know that the expert support nurses can be called about the medical and practical side of any queries you might have. The team of nurses and trained support service officers offering support and information can be called free on 0808 2080 888.
You can also look around the forum for others with experiences of myeloma, just use the search box at the top.

Hi Simon. If you have time, I would be keen to hear how you are getting on? I have my meeting this week to hopefully start the trial process. Most importantly, keen to hear you are doing well.

I’m doing well thanks @EPh. I’m coming to the end of cycle 2, so on fortnightly injections so less frequent visits to the hospital.
Got a consultation next week so we’ll see how happy the team are with progress then.
