Oh @Jude13 thanks for the update, that waiting game is so, so anxious making and stressful isn’t it.
All you can do is really look after yourself and be kind to yourself.

Good morning@Jude13 thank you for your update and what a lot of info but mostly its good on the results you have I  and your GP is chasing the other ones up .Re your WC count unless its out of the normal parameters its not a worry so I understand and my GP reasures me it varies from day to day also @LauranBloodCancerUK is a good one to ask . I dont understand when you day the lab wont test again till 6 months ,its the GP ordering the test but i do know that 6 month blood tests are usual for a recheck.
Im also wondering how your poor tooth is you were waiting to see a Dentists.
Oh no about the strain to your foot its easily done. I did some chair yoga as an experiment and ended up using different muscles and had horrendous back pain for 2 days ,so im just sticking to my usual stretches, that’ll learn me ,so they say.
Great you are trying meditation and it can be like that ,wandering mind ,best thing is to try one that really gels with you and concentrate on your breathing :grinning: and ( I find using different aromatherapy oils, sprays drops help),says she but its worth sticking with it.I am sorry to hear your loosing weight and it could be anxiety ,it has a lot to answer for so I do hope that you are not left too long waiting in the meantime as @Erica says always be kind to yourself and look after yourself and keep posting.I hope you are finding something nice to do .

Hi Bananacake,
I received a letter from my GP this morning saying my ESR blood test needs repeating, with no explanation!
Rather worried now but the practice is engaged & has been all morning. I only wish the GP had rang as now I am thinking all sorts.

Hi @Jude13 it is no good telling you not to worry and you have the Bank Holiday weekend coming up.
I am not medically trained but my ESR has jumped about during the last 18 yrs.
I would personally have thought if it was very urgent that your GP would not have written a letter but rung you.
My previous GP actually stopped testing ESR a few years back, but I changed GP because we moved.
Best not to Google anything medical, trust me, there is far too much confusing information out there.
Be kind to yourself and look after yourself and please let us know how you get on

Hi Bananacake & Erica
Thank you for posting & thinking of me. I go on Monday for the repeat blood test so should have the results by the following week.
I felt a bit better yesterday & went out for a walk but then when I returned home I came out in red areas all over my legs & one area looked like I has been scolded, then red lumps appeared. Not itchy but then they appeared over my chest back & arms.

I rang the local chemist today, who said it sounded like excercise induced hives & to ring my GP!!! I wasn’t itchy apart from my ears so I don’t know whats going. Just so strange.

Hi@Jude13,the only thing I can think of the redness is if you have been near pine :evergreen_tree: my husband always reacts to Pine trees if he touches one ,funny about the itchy ears though. I react horrendoudly to insect bites and use hydrocortisone cream if antihistamine cream doesnt work, good thing as Chemist said to call GP or go to let Chemist have a look if you dont get an answer there, our Chemist is very good at advising .Thats great you got out though I hope you enjoyed the walk despite the consequences.I was at the hydrotherapy pool today and had a lovely relaxing exercise/swim time it was very quiet.Good luck for Monday and with the rash.
Thanks for posting
