my wife has just started azacitidine treatment and would like to know other peoples experience

Welcome to our forum, I do hope your wife is doing well on the azacitadine so far?

Starting a treatment regime like this can take some time to get use to and it can feel quite overwhelming in the beginning but you will both settle into a routine of things soon.
