My wife has been diagnosed with Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and she has now started Iron Injections (4th self injection tomorrow). She is extremely tired all the time and has little appetite. She cannot raise much enthusiasm for eating which I imagine contributes to her fatigue. Are there any steps I can take to help her deal with her fatigue? Please let me know

I have a different blood cancer but I know there are others in the forum who will be able to share their experiences.
Fatigue is so difficult and impacts everything doesn’t it.
I’m sure you’ve read lots of things but I have included the link in BCUK information on fatigue.
