Hi my name is Zoe
and I have been volunteering for PICCPals since it was first created five years ago.
As a group, based in the Southend area of Essex, we fund, make, pack and ship PICCline covers completely FREE of charge to patients in mid-long term treatment (postage is also free).
We supply 23 hospitals across the country as well as posting to patients directly. Many of our volunteers are, or have been cancer patients, so we very much understand how brutal it can be
We have an easy to navigate website but if anyone would like any further information or has any questions about how to order sleeves or spread the word, please feel free to ask away!

Hi Zoe,
Nice to see you posting here after your chat with the team, and thank you for the work you and the PICCPals volunteers do.
As someone who had to order my ‘metallic purple mermaid scales’ picc line cover from Etsy for a cost when I was having chemo, I know I would have appreciated this initiative.

Thank you @Ceri_BloodCancerUK We do also make commissions for special occasions - a sleeve to match a bridesmaid’s dress, a Dr Who themed sleeve and a Taylor Swift crystalled sleeve for a Swifty going to the Eras tour. Again completely free of charge!

Fortunately PICC line and Hickman Line free at present and hopefully your post will be of great value to others
