Secondary Hypoglobulinaemia and MGUS

Hello again @helenfwallace, sorry to read about that dip in total igG, sounds like you keep a close eye on what your cells are doing. I do likewise with my own, although I live with Polycythaemia vera ('PV') rather than Monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance ('MGUS').

That’s about the extent of my understanding of Monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance ('MGUS') though, so I had a look around the forum to see if others have shared similar to you, hope you don’t mind.

Here’s a recent thread with some lovely forum members you might like to reach out to, talking here about changing blood test results: MGUS with rising Free Lambda and falling kappa lambda ratio

Another thread mentioning igG directly: I have recently been diagnosed with MGUS

Hope that helps a little @helenfwallace.
