Hi
It’s completely understandable that you’re feeling anxious about this new phase. It’s a big change, and it’s natural to have mixed feelings about it.
Losing your hair again is definitely tough. It can feel like a setback, but remember it grew back before and it will grow back again. There are lots of ways to feel good about yourself, even without hair. I celebrated with an expensive treat new mascara as my eyelashes peeked through.
The PICC line coming out is a big step forward. It’s a sign that you’re moving in the right direction. It might feel a bit strange at first, but you’ll get used to it.
I attended a Live your Life workshop that was specifically for lymphoma . It was life changing for me maybe there is something similar you might be able to do. I found starting maintenance really powerful and positive gone were many of the terrible symptoms of treatment but I still had all the support of my medical team.
Focus on taking things one day at a time. Celebrate your successes, both big and small. And don’t hesitate to reach out to your healthcare team or support groups if you need extra support. You’ve got this!
