I had my treatment in 2020
6 rounds of cemo my parapotien levels went down to 5
on my recent blood test my levels had gone from 7 to 11
all others bloods seem to be ok
is there anything to take to get the levels back down Thanks

Hello there @richard, welcome back to the forum. Just to check, by W M monitoring do you mean Waldenström macroglobulinaemia ('WM')? If so, perhaps this Blood Cancer UK information may be of interest, it may have been written since your treatment: Waldenström macroglobulinaemia (WM) | Blood Cancer UK
I’d agree with @GenesisDevice and suggest speaking with your specialist, just to allay any worries about recent paraprotein levels. We forum members can’t analyse test results, and besides they are so unique to each of us. Best to speak to a specialist, I’d say.
Do also consider giving the BCUK specialist nurses a call, they can advise on medical matters and are experts. Like Mike said, their number is 0808 2080 888 and they’ll next be back on Monday.
Have you looked around the forum for others living with Waldenström macroglobulinaemia ('WM')? Others may have shared their own results or tips. Have a look using the search box at the top or the Related Topics below. Here’s a lovely thread from others living with Waldenström macroglobulinaemia ('WM'): Waldenström Macroglobulinaemia (WM)
Hope that helps a little @richard, do let us know how you get on.
