Hi All
I had a zoledronic acid infusion yesterday, today everything aches. It didn’t happen before when I had it and I now need to make the 5 hour round trip to London for a hospital appointment.
Does anyone have any ‘works like magic’ tips to get me through the trains, walking and taxis as well as the physio appointment today!

Sorry to hear that everything aches today after yesterday’s appointment.
No magic tricks but some thoughts for 5 hour round trip.
Music downloaded to listen to on the train. Light and easy reading. Crosswords or puzzles if you enjoy that type of thing.
Perhaps just watching the world go by at times.
Chatting to others if you’re okay with that.
One step at a time and try not to put too much pressure on yourself.

I had Zometa on Friday and I usually ache for a few days after. Keep hydrated and on top of paracetamol,

Gosh it’s been a long day, still another 90 mins before home and my bed is calling - I can hardly wait to lie down it’s going to feel sooooooooo nice!
