Checking in with an update. Danae is doing well. Last biopsy result has come back negative Feeling VERY thankful.
Danae has moved in to her new place in Bristol and will start her new job next Monday. How cool is that..? I miss her terribly but am so happy and proud.
We still think of you all often and send love and positive thoughts to you all.
I feel weird and still cannot believe we are where we are today. Life moves in mysterious ways.
Stay strong everyone. Be secure in the moment you are in. Keep a positive idea/thought in your mind and heart.
I will keep posting and let you all know how working life goes for DanaeâŚ

I met my bestie friend today and yes, smiling, being happy, having a moan and laughter certainly does give me a boost.
Take lots of care of yourselves and I often wonder how my DD are doing xx

I still miss my lovely lady loads but she is having the best time living and working in Bristol. She will be home in two weeks as she is trying again for egg collection (fertility treatment) It will be lovely to have her home for a couple of days

I hope you are all looking after yourselves out there. We are good here. Danae headed home for Christmas on Monday - it is sooooooo lovely to have my curly girly home
Today she received the most amazing and special call. Her last bone marrow biopsy result is MRD negative. . This biopsy marks 2 years post treatment so⌠no more biopsies. She will move to blood tests every three months and a ECG to monitor her heart (following some heart damage) every year.
I cannot begin to put into words all that I am feeling this evening. After the call we hugged, cried, laughed and did a little dance in the living room. I will post again when I have gathered my thoughts and emotions.
I love my daughter with all my being. I have hated all of this and watching her endure what she has. I canât quite believe where we are today. I am still scared and donât want to say things out loud or disturb the âmonsterâ. But this evening I go to bed soooooo thankful and full of love for my gorgeous daughter and all that have cared for and supported her. That includes all of you special people
I am going to put down my phone now, my eyes full of tears and my heart full of love.
@SarahMum so that feels like the Christmas gift I didnât know I needed! Iâm overjoyed to hear this wonderful news and love that it has come before Christmas, but more importantly, when you were together so you could shine brightly as you celebrated. I hope you know how instrumental and essential you have been in this outcome - there is no doubt our loved ones benefit greatly from our care and selflessness and that they are loved without limit. I do appreciate how important treatment is though!
For now, as my love enters a new year hoping to hear good post chemo results, I take the joy and hope you have expressed here with me. Thank you for that and every good wish from me to you, D and your loved ones x

You really do have such a very special bond together and I can picture you both doing a âlittleâ dance in the living room, âStrictlyâ eat your heart out.

How is everyone doing. I hope that you guys are looking after yourselves and your loved ones.
Guess who I had home for Motherâs Day..? My gorgeous Curly Girly! She is home until Wednesday. We are both working from home and it feels so nice to just be together.
I was spoilt on Motherâs Day with flowers, a beautiful card and a yummy roast!
Danae remains healthy and happy. Look how much her hair has grown!
I continue to be very thankful for every moment and I just love watching her live and love her life.
We still talk about all of you lovely lot and we send love and positive thoughts.

It feels a long time since I checked in. We are good and Danae is doing well. She is loving life in Bristol and got a recent promotion in her job.
We enjoyed a fab holiday in Turkey together last month. It was sooooooo special to just chill and have quality and special times with my gorgeous girl
Last week, Danae traveled to London and went to a special show with her lovely friends

Firstly a great big congrats to Dane getting a work promotion. I still donât know what I want to do when I grow up.
I certainly always have our DD in my mind and wonder what you are getting up to.
I am doing OK although having several minor pre cancer ops on my head, face and ear and getting a lot of sympathy from people thinking that I have had a bad fall 'cose my face is stitched and bruised !!
