Should I worry about my lifespan due to the fact that Asciminib didn’t work

Welcome to the Forum.
I’m sorry to read that you have been very stressed due to your blood counts and treatment switch.
May I ask have you been able to talk to your Haematology team about your worries and the questions you have around lifespan? They will be best placed to discuss your individual circumstances, they will know your genetics that are causing the Chronic myeloid leukaemia. They can also let you know which treatment options are available for you. We are not able to comment on this for you. Do call your keyworker or specialist nurse to talk this through.
On our website we do have more information on treatment options/CML that you may find helpful.
Others in this Forum, that have had this treatment may be able to comment on how they found it and reply to you.
I do hope your vitrectomy went well and you have recovered from this.
It sounds like you have a lot going on, so do take good care of yourself.
