Thank for keeping us all updated on your recent Bone marrow transplant and also your feelings around the result & associated prognosis. It can be really difficult to truly understand what a restaging of condition means.
Understanding prognosis can be really tricky as many factors are included in the understanding of this. Should you feel somewhat left with unanswered questions or concerns, we would always encourage you to talk anything through with your haematologist or nurse specialist.

Thank you for your reply ,i am most worried about the prognosis ,which on some sites is quite poor ,yet reading other peoples experience you can live quite a long time ,so its very confusing. But as you say i will speak to my specalist nurse .Thank you.

Hi @glynis please let us know what your specialist nurse says and make sure you ask them exactly what you want to know.

Thank you for your concern,im struggling a bit with my diagnosis most people advise that i ask to see an mpn specialist so i will speak to my haematologist about this. Thank you again and best wishes to you.
