Oh @AllyBally what a really brilliant post and I agree with every word.
Yes, the sun shining really does brighten up my day, it is a glorious day here today.
I have also learnt to give myself a very special hug and I have a cuddly teddy bear, that does not roll it’s eyes, and is a really good hugger.

Thankyou for your kind words. Unfortunately my teddy bear I had from the day I was born, was eaten by moths last summer.
