I’m 49 yrs, work full time done US biopsy neck result Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL)/Small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). My first appointment to Hematology end of April no idea yet whats the plan or treatment for me very anxious.
Hi @JJackie and welcome to the forum.
I’m sure everybody on here can relate to how you are feeling. That diagnosis hits like a ton of bricks and waiting for appointments just adds to that anxiety. I was 42 and a full time teacher when I was diagnosed with lymphoma and had a rollercoaster of emotions!
I’m sure you have so many questions about treatment, how this might impact your work and many more. The best bit of advice I can give now is to write down all of those questions ready for your appointment.
Have you shared your diagnosis with, family or friends? It’s so helpful if somebody can come to that appointments with you I found I was do overwhelmed and missed things or forget to ask my questions.
Please keep us updated on his you get on st your appointment. In the meantime, we are here to listen and support you.

In the meantime really look after and be kind to yourself and please do let us know how you get on.
