Yes @clickinhistory I’m struggling. Never really had sleep issues before just had to read for a bit to drop off. Now I can read until 2 or 3 oclock and then not sleep. Friends have suggested podcasts but I get so into the podcast it makes me more awake and the same with music. If I’m not going anywhere I just sleep later which is not ideal but I do eventually get off to sleep. Norma
@Derma Upside I got to listen to the storm last night, bad news, put my head back to stretch at 7am and didn’t wake until 9.30am, now playing catch up on all the jobs I put off over the weekend.
Have you tried the breathing exercises?
@clickinhistory Yes and the counting back from 100. My husband uses piriton if he cant sleep but makes him feel grotty when he wakes up and i dont want to try that and add to the fatigue. I’m hoping once this diagnosis has settled in my head ie theres nothing i can do about it other than accept it - i will get back into a routine. Norma
@Derma I find trying to focus on forms or the thought of filling official documents the best way to fall asleep, worked at 7am this morning
