@Chrispy thank you so much for sharing your experience. I read it with tears in my eyes, I really needed to hear your words. I’m so grateful that there are people here who have been there/ still there living good lives, I can’t tell you how reassuring it is to hear. @Ross1971 genuinely so grateful you replied to this. That light of hope has shone that little bit brighter after reading your message! My husbands face lite up to when I read it, again with tears in my eyes. My consultant consistently speaks positively about my prognosis and quality of life, though hearing from someone who has been there is such a lift.
I’m so sorry you’ve already been here, it’s not a place anyone should be. Huge congratulations on your wedding, what a precious time. I hope your boys and wife are ok too. I hope/ know in time I will be able to pop on here and share my positive experiences to others too. Thanks so much again
