My 18 months old son is Is suffering from refractory Acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and Chemo therapy is not working anymore.

I just cannot imagine what you are going through at the moment, all those thoughts and emotions and those parental ones multiplying them as well.
What are his medical team actually saying now?
Please do try and look after yourself as well, I know it must be hard when your whole love and attention is with your son.

Thank you for posting and I am so sorry to hear that your little boy is having such a terrible time. I can only imagine how hard this is for you as his Mum. May I ask whether you are being well supported by the hospital team? Does your little boy have a Clinical Nurse Specialist that you can talk to about next steps? Have they proposed some more treatment for your son?
