We had a great few days in Brussels, so much so, we are booked to go back later this year. We visited a few museums and did loads of walking. We also talked a little and he has again said he has nothing wrong with him, but, he also said if he needs treatment then he will just get on with it and deal with it at the time. So some progress x

You sound a different person from when you first posted last August with very natural feelings.
Yes, so some progress, I think you are both doing brilliantly and perhaps a celebration is in order.
I find my anxiety can return just like that, since my diagnosis 19 yrs ago my emotions are on high alert.
