Oh @Pollyp so sorry to hear that your gynae appointment has been cancelled, it shows that it is not just blood cancer appointments that get cancelled.
Yes, let’s hope you get a new one through soon, it is horrible waiting and not knowing.

Finally a confirmed diagnosis - and its not another cancer thank goodness. It’s an auto immune disorder that is probably worsened by the hydroxycarbamide . Much happier now. (in spite of increase in hydroxycarbamide dose as still not ideal platelet count !)

It’s a great relief and I am getting used to life with Essential thrombocythemia (ET) so life is settling down. Apart from the tiredness (good excuse for naps) all is good. Thank you
