Acute lymphoblastic leukemia

My son was diagnosed on Saturday 20th April 2024.i am in a whirlwind. Does anyone have advice on when he should shave his hair?this is 2nd week into chemo x

Wow, that’s all happened very quickly hasn’t it and I can imagine you emotions are all over the place. How is your son doing?
I’m hoping that others may be able to share their experiences with you. Have you been offered any advice from your sons medical team?

Yes how are you and your son coping emotionally and practically.
Being a parent must bring an extra layer of thoughts and feelings.
I find it a whirlwind too…
Yes, this really is a question for the team that is caring for him and know him best.
Shaving a head can be quite emotional and often traumatic
Please do look after yourself as well as you care for your son and keep posting
