My close relative is not able to receive

treatment due to age and risk of str

ke.She was initially given 2 years to live and was told that she would be very unlikely to live

post 2 years. She is now post 2 years and I am worried how this illness progresses and what are the signs. I live 6 hours away and the family closer for not communicate with me. Will there be time for me to get there when the time comes. This relative is very close to me and I would like to be there but have work and other commitments and also a bit reluctant due to other family members hostilit

Welcome to this supportive forum. I am sorry to hear the news about your close relative.

It is good that you are asking hear questions and showing how much you care. As everyone’s treatment and care is different it is probably best if you could ask to speak to your relative’s medical team. They should be able to give you some information.
