The roast chicken dinner sounds awesome @Summertime . I wish someone had made me one when I got home.
@Lyn99 I remember the jug yesā€¦ nobody gave me any ice though. I did eat nothing but ice cream and jelly for about a week though as I was too sore to eat anything more adventurous.
@ChrisCKW howā€™s it going? Glad things are finally happening. Itā€™ll all be over soon enough and some sort of normality will come back.

Hi All, not feeling too bad at the moment but 5 days waiting for stem cells to start their work now. Should be weekend all being well. Temp. A bit unstable but they take cultures each time it goes over 37.5 c. Iā€™m sure they have more of my blood than I do. @ChrisCKW feeling a bit nauseous so hope they get on top of it for her, really is the worst feeling. Visiting times have been reduced to 1 hour per day (pre-booked), Thanks Boris :rage:. Good luck @Danmar with your bloods on the 18th and summertime with your preparations. @Franko how did you get on with your appointment?

I have just been informed my leukaemia is back already and I am now to have a stem cell transplant. Been reading through this post and just wanted to say good luck to everyone and thank everyone for sharing their experiences!

Great to hear from you Lynn99 and that you are not feeling too bad. Poor ChrisCKW , there is no worse feeling than nauseaā€‹:tired_face:. Hope very soon you will both be back with us. Be my turn soon :tired_face::tired_face::tired_face:

Hi @nbk112 I am so sorry to hear that your leukaemia is back so soon, I bet you are gutted.
So you are going to be joining the the stem cell transplant buddies here, they are a really lovely supportive group.
Please let us know how you are feeling and doing and when you have your next medical appointment.

Awk Hi Lynn. I think of you and @Chris daily. Thatā€™s a bummer about visitingā€¦. just when you really need someone!! Iā€™m glad your coping ok so far and I hope it continues for you. Poor Chris feeling rotten with nausea. Can you get your day in ok? You seem to be have a great team taking care of you and are obviously on top of things. Wednesday will tell a tale for me and my badly behaving bloods!!!:rage: @Summertime and myself are next in line I think if all goes well. Take care of yourself and I think you are so brave!!! :heart: Xx

Hi All, hope everyone is ok. Havenā€™t heard from @ChrisCKW today but I imagine sheā€™s still struggling after all that chemo. Tends to bite you on the bum a few days later. Love and hugs being sent express service her way. Iā€™m having trouble with low blood pressure at the moment, struggling to drink enough. Normally live on tea but canā€™t stomach it here. They have a bag of fluids up most of the time. More platelets today too. Donā€™t feel too bad though in general so canā€™t grumble too much, love and hugs to all :hugs::hugs:xx

Hi @Lyn99 and @ChrisCKW. I am a great water drinker here at home, but hospital water is definitely not the same!!!
I am not a tea drinker, but people say there is nothing like a cuppa, I hope your love returns soon.

Hi @Lyn99 Great to hear from you! You sound in pretty good form considering what your going through. Itā€™s hard to get fluids down when your not up to it and itā€™s a pity youā€™ve gone off a wee cuppa. Stay strong and I hope things continue to be bearable for you.
