Hi I’ve been looking everywhere for a forum since I was diagnosed in June last year with Chronic myeloid leukaemia. It’s been hard as only been cancer free for two years having come through chronic ductual breast cancer . My first treatment not working . Ended up at Christmas with my first blood transfusion as was so poorly . But last few weeks been the worst .waiting for results to start new drug . I was in hospital two weeks ago lowest haemoglobin reading I’ve had just couldn’t function ended up through A&E for transfusion blood boasting injection once week . I started my new drug but having horrible side effects just been so low . Try to keep going but it’s hard . Would love to hear from anyone who has Chronic myeloid leukaemia
