Have just come out of haematology following my first 6 month review. Was surprised at how anxious I felt as I’m normally quite pragmatic and positive. Shouldn’t have worried though as I have remained stable so next review is in 6 months

Hi @KayC I am so glad that you are stable after your first 6 mthly review.
As for your anxiety, I think that is completely normal.
After nearly 19yrs I still get anxious before, during and even after after all tests, appointments and results.
I personally believe that my emotions have been on high alert since diagnosis.
The main thing is to look after yourself and be kind to yourself, and of course keep posting.
