How I am trying to keep fit

For me, I focus on a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises to keep myself fit. I love weight training for building endurance, and I incorporate yoga for balance and mobility. Walking is also a big part of my routine—it’s great for both physical and mental well-being!
