Travel insurance whilst taking zanubrutinib
Hello @Buckeye
Thank you for taking to send on your post to the forum and welcome
I assume from your post that you are trying to arrange some insurance.
I understand that getting travel insurance while taking zanubrutinib is possible, but it requires careful planning, specifically because it is a cancer treatment (often for Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia ('CLL') or Lymphoma) and a pre-existing medical condition. You must declare this treatment to ensure you are covered. I can relate to this as i have Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia ('CLL') and i am going to need to sort some insurance myself.
You may find the link Zanabrutinib and my overseas holiday - #2 by DuncanB of use and also the link Travel insurance - CLL
Please do let us know of you have any questions that you feel we maybe able to help with, but given the brief nature of your post - i was unsure how to respond.
If you prefer you can call us for free on 0808 2080 888 (Option 1) to speak to one of our Support Service Nurses in confidence.
Kind regards

Hi
Jen Taylor here. Thank you for your reply.
I am going to Spain early July with my family for two weeks. My consultant said it was ok to go- just keep taking the zanubrutinib as planned. It’s a complicated process trying to get correct and affordable cover.
Thank you for your help and advice
Jen
