@Tessa1924 you have got so much going on and I am so impressed that you had the courage to walk into your local Maggies Centre and that you managed to get some counselling.
Counselling has really helped me, it is my time, but not a quick fix.
The diagnosis of cancer is such a shock, I could just see the word visually with zig zags around it.
Yes, your situation has been and is stressful for you.
Be kind to yourselves and spoil yourselves, it is probably a shock and stressful for your husband as well.
