So after 12 months after being diagnosed with Chronic myeloid leukaemia my latest set of results are in my BCR level is now at 0.4 I have appointment with my consultant on Wednesday so will know more then. Been fairly ok on imatimib just a bit achy now and again. Energy levels not to bad just got in from a 50 mile bike !!!

Thanks for posting and letting us know how you are getting on with your Chronic myeloid leukaemia and treatment. 50 miles bike ride sounds pretty good to me!

Had my phone call appointment with consultant today she is happy with how treatment is going and said that she classes me as in the safe zone at the moment. Next tests and appointment set for 3 months time so hopefully my BCR level will come down again.

Good news, personally I would say perhaps enjoy your cycling, but take it steady and look after yourself
