Hi @Vickim100, I am impressed how well you know yourself and how to look after yourself.
Going back to week for 2 days a week sounds good to me and I am so glad that you love your job.
A mindfulness app and breathing exercises sound good to me, music helps me and I love my morning walk listening to it.
I haven’t heard of Charlie Mackesy’s book I will look it up.
I will keep looking for that rainbow, so pretty.
