That’s brilliant news to hear! Very happy for you! It’s nice to hear something positive with all that’s going on
That’s made my weekend! X
Hello. How is everyone? All ok I hope. It has been a while since I’ve been on here. My mum is in a good place at the moment after all she has been through.
Her latest scan showed a new nodule on her lung but apart from that all other cancer cells have gone. She will get a scan in 3 months to make sure this new nodule hasn’t grown. I hope this gives people with High Grade NHL going through treatment some positive vibes.
Love to everyone and their families going through a bad time xxx any questions please ask as I wasn’t in a good place a few months back XX
Great to hear from you @Smurf08 and I am glad to hear your mum is in a good place.
However how have you been and how are you now?
It so lovely to hear some stories like yours. It must be such a relief. How are you feeling about everything? X
I’m better thanks and my anxiety has gone so feeling much better. Hope you 2 are both ok x
Any tips on the improvement with your anxiety?
No real tips I’m afraid. It was just a matter of time before my anxiety got better x
Hi @Smurf08. I think I’m starting to realise that. I just need to be patient. Hope you’re mum is keeping well X
I hope you feel better soon, anxiety is horrible. Have you spoke to your doctor? X
After posting recently that my mum was doing good I’m really worried about some symptoms she has been having over the past few days.
Nausea, headaches, dizziness and my dad said last night she was sweating.
Now my mind has gone into overdrive. What if her cancer has spread to her brain. Not wanting to sound dramatic but this is a major worry, her cancer is high grade.
Im going to go and see her this morning - take her temp and BP.
I have - working through it x
Morning @Smurf08. It’s so understandable that any new symptom causes worry. It is so hard not to think the worst. Are you able to speak to a member of your mum’s team to talk through your worries?
