Hi everybody i was diagnosed middle of January this year with Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) and have had all the recommended injections. I might be traveling to Spain they have many mosquitoes, and ive heard in the news they are carrying more diseases than normal, do i and can i protect myself against them.

Hi @Glenwood great to hear a bit about you and your travel plans.
I cannot answer your questions and perhaps they are best asked of your specialist nurse (if you have one) your GP or haematologist who know your whole medical history to be on the safe side.
As an aside perhaps it is worth making sure that you are insured for any travelling and that they are aware of your conditions and issues. If you do not have any insurance perhaps consider Staysure as they might give Blood Cancer UK patients a good deal.
