New Year Resolutions

Hi everyone,

Happy New Year to all of you! A little late but the weekend has just arrived and I am taking down my tree and this is when I really think about the year ahead.

I hope 2025 brings you all better health, strength, and happiness.

2024 presented challenges, ups and downs , but we’ve supported each other and got through them together.

I’m incredibly proud of the support and encouragement that the forum and each of you provides each other.

For the year ahead, I intend to:
-Really concentrate on my wellbeing by making time for things that bring me happiness , whether it’s spending more time walking , or at my allotment , or simply relaxing.

  • Spend more time with friends and family, and this supportive forum.
  • Pay more attention to my own health ,set timers make sure I take my medications as prescribed, and communicate more openly with my own medical team.

I encourage you all to set your own personal goals for the new year, however big or small they may be.

Remember to be kind to yourselves and celebrate every achievement, no matter how small.

Wishing you all a year filled with hope, healing, and happiness.
