NHS supplying vitamin D

I signed up to the vitamin D which was offered to Clinically Vulnerable. I think that was early December but have not received it. Has anyone else the same experience?

The vitamin d offer from the NHS will not be repeated.
I tried unsuccessfully to contact my gp, telephone appts
only if you can get one to ask him to put vitamin d on my
repeat prescriptions,
A dead loss unable to speak to him.
As soon as I ran out I purchased them from Boots online
£2.30 for 3 months supply, as Boots do 3 fo 2 you can get
9 months supply for £6.90.
Well worth the expence.
Most of us on this site are immunosuppressed so should
be taking them all year round!!.:cowboy_hat_face:

Hi @Blackhat I had been thinking about my lack of Vit D funnily enough.
I have been self isolating all 2021 so I really need it.
Good top tip about Boots, thanks for that.
Hoping you are keeping OK.

And me @Erica. It’s been on my list of things to do. Thanks @Blackhat

Why are face mask rules being ditched next week?
Is covid going to just disappear?
I will continue to wear mine and carry on social distancing.
I ignored previous government advice that we no longer needed to shield too.
I have survived being treated for Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) for 7 years on Azacitidine , next cycle 95 week after next.
Relaxation of restrictions is a decision by Boris to divert our attention from his blatant disregard of rules, parties at number 10 etc.
Restrictions should stay and Boris should be ditched instead.:cowboy_hat_face::+1:

@Blackhat you have illustrated our situations so well, I shall also be wearing my mask and socially distancing.

Whilst I have no intention of shielding again I’d feel more comfortable if some restrictions stayed such as masks and other sensible precautions but the prevailing wind is that most people don’t care enough to do this so it’s calculated risk time. Going to work and getting out when I can whilst be cautious when I can.
