Keeping Active With or After Blood Cancer

Being active with or after blood cancer can help you recover from treatment, reduce fatigue and boost your wellbeing, but it can be hard to know where to start…

On Wednesday 29 July at 6pm we’ll be hosting a live Q&A session with a panel of people affected by blood cancer and an exercise specialist.

We be sharing more details later this week – but first, we’d love for you to comment your questions below so we can start compiling a list for our panellists.

I have ran three marathons but with DVT my legs hurt when I run. I want to push to some sort of normality but not sure how to achieve it and how to eat to fuel the exercise too. Love some thoughts on HIIT v Weights. Exercise makes me feel almost normal.

Yes, I agree @Lou that fresh air and exercise (within your personal limits) are very beneficial.
