Hi @BobK99, sorry to hear that you are not firing on all cylinders, I don’t like to tell you but it could take time and if you are anything like me it is 1 foot forward and 2 back and then times when it’s 2 forward and 1 back. The main thing is to be kind to yourself and keep posting on here

@CaroleCW how did you manage to break your ankle?
I hope that you are managing to get everything you need.
As we always seem to say recovery takes time and is not as quick as we would like.

I wish I’d been doing something daredevil but I literally just stood up in the kitchen, my feet had gone to sleep and both ankles have way with loud cracks , one with 2 fractures and torn tendons in the other. Anyway on the mend now hopefully with just a couple of weeks left in my plaster cast, then onto a medical boot for 6 weeks (when I’ll be able to put my foot down at last) . Learning patience !

Abba is a popular group, but Ive picked a less well known tune compared to Dancing QueenInfact although they had many popular hits any OTHER song by abba is less well known compared dancing queen😂
